He's a famous product designer who's specialty is inclusive design and human-centric design that needs to be based on “empathic research”. That is, making stuff the WE fit. At 10.40 today regular MB commentator, best selling author and "Daily Beast" columnist, Tracy Quan, will tell us about the "Millionaire Matchmaker", Anna Gristina.The accused ‘Soccer-Mom Madam’ has said all along she aspired to run a dating service. Tracy examines her argument—and the difference between matchmaking and promoting prostitution. After 11, meet James Holden who is the Head Of Audiences for the BBC. He leads a wide-ranging team who's job it is to "spread the word". We'll find out how its done. Today in the UK it is Armed Forces Day. Let's not forget Hong Kong has many "British" ex-servicemen and Brigadier Christopher Hammerbeck form the Royal British Legion will explain, at 11.40, what's being done here to mark this day.
