Complaints against Leung made to ICAC
Two political parties also lodged complaints with the ICAC yesterday against the Chief Executive-elect. They accused Mr Leung of making false statements during his election campaign over the

Cost of living for expatriates in China rises
The cost of living for expatriates in Beijing and Shanghai has surged over the past year. That's according to a global survey by human resource firm - ECA. Beijing is now the world's 20th most expensive city -- up from 48th place in last year's survey. And Shanghai's not far behing: it jumped from 49th place to 26th.
