Complaints against Leung made to ICAC

Two political parties also lodged complaints with the ICAC yesterday against the Chief Executive-elect. They accused Mr Leung of making false statements during his election campaign over the structures at his home. The Association for Democracy and People's Livelihood was one of the parties that filed a complaint. Ian Pooler asks chairman Bruce Liu for more. (4.47)


Cost of living for expatriates in China rises

The cost of living for expatriates in Beijing and Shanghai has surged over the past year. That's according to a global survey by human resource firm - ECA. Beijing is now the world's 20th most expensive city -- up from 48th place in last year's survey. And Shanghai's not far behing: it jumped from 49th place to 26th. Andrew Woods asks ECA's Regional Director for Asia, Lee Quane why there'd been such a big change. (3.20)
