Leung talks come under fire

New budget airline
Hong Kong will probably get another budget airline next year. Jetstar Hong Kong will be a joint-venture between the Australian carrier Qantas, and China Eastern Airlines. Experts recommend HIV testing
Starting today, health officials will be trying to contact at least 140 patients at Eastern hospital to ask them to go for an HIV test. This comes after a doctor - who'd been treating them for the past two years - tested positive for HIV - the virus that causes Aids. The doctor has since taken his own life. The incident happened in January. The recommendation for this group of patients to go for a test was made by an Expert Panel on HIV Infection of Health Care Workers after a meeting yesterday.
